Green Eggs Cafe - Philadelphia

Green Eggs Cafe is undoubtedly a cult favorite brunch spot in Philly! I was so excited to try it out for the first time with a lovely group of girlfriends :) To our pleasant surprise, as a relatively big party, we were seated within five minutes of arriving, despite the long line of hungry people waiting outside the restaurant on that Saturday morning. Walking to our long table along the wall of the restaurant, nearly every other table at the restaurant had ordered the classic red velvet pancakes, french toast, or kitchen sink... And so did we!

Red velvet buttermilk pancakes with chocolate, strawberry mascarpone, strawberries, chantilly cream and maple syrup
Creme brûlée french toast with vanilla bean custard, berry compote, vanilla anglaise with maple syrup and chantilly cream

The Kitchen Sink -scrambled eggs with cheese, potatoes, peppers, onions, biscuits, pork sausage gravy in a cast-iron skillet
